About Our Place Project
Discover Our Place Project, a pioneering initiative funded by the National Lottery for three years, aimed at creating a community space and resource hub by and for disabled people. Our mission is to empower disabled individuals by providing a space where they can learn new skills, meet new people, and forge connections with local businesses and amenities in Hammersmith and Fulham.
Our Vision and Goals
Our vision is to establish a welcoming, accessible community hub that embodies independence, learning, and connection. The project seeks to address the needs of local disabled people, offering them the opportunity to shape the services and activities available, ensuring their voices are heard and valued.
